Sunbird Complex  There are 288 Sunbird condos and are individually owned. Depending on the owner, condos are in deferent condition. Look at the pictures and compare. Ask a lot of questions. The complex is gated and has a camera surveillance system. In very sort distance guest can enjoy go-karts, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, visit with dolphins or have dinner at famous restaurants like Captain Andersons, Pineapple Willie’s and others. The Sunbird complex is about 10 miles from the Panama City International airport. On the Sunbird complex the guests have access to tennis, beach chairs and umbrellas, 3 pools (1 heated) and easily can enjoy a walk on the beach only 50 feet from the main pool!
